How to create lasting peace with mind/emotions, experience happiness and contentment in your life?
As you know every day emotions is something we all experience, whether they are big or small, and sometimes they stop us from living a life we want.
The good news is that you can be much more freer, once you learn new tools, new techniques that move you forward to the way you like to feel, so you can have more joy and fun in your life.
Whether you would like to learn Mind/body- Calm, Self Hypnosis, NLP, or EFT, they are all great fun, especially doing them with some friends, or in a small group.
Why not book a series of 5 workshops or a one day workshop?
But I wouldn’t advise you to signup until you are fully satisfied that you have read the benefits they can provide you with what you want, and are great investments for you.
Workshops are done in blocks of 5 sessions or a week day or Saturday from 10am till 4pm as soon a small group of 3 to 5 people like to sign up.
The day’s that workshops can be run are: Tuesday’s from 11.30 am till 1pm, Wednesday’s from11am till 12.30pm, Friday’s from 11.30 am till 1pm and 4pm till 5.30pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays could be available, on request, from 10am till 4pm.
